For Psychotherapy & Counselling Enquiries:
My Approach: Integrative & Trauma-Informed
Although I draw from a diverse range of therapeutic modalities to tailor our sessions to your unique needs, I have a special interest in Internal Systems Therapy (IFS) and personally find it to be the most effective therapeutic approach.
My practice is trauma-informed. This means I prioritise your physical and emotional safety, working at a pace that respects your nervous system while acknowledging how past experiences may still be affecting your present day.
To help you understand how we might work together, here are the core modalities I integrate into my practice:
-
Person-Centred Therapy: The heart of my practice. It focuses on empathy and non-judgment, allowing you to lead the way in a safe, supportive environment.
-
IFS (Internal Family Systems): A transformative approach that views the mind as being made up of various "parts." We work to understand these parts (like the "inner critic" or "perfectionist") to achieve internal harmony, reduce tensions and triggers.
Within these modalities, I can offer:
-
Inner Child Healing: A process of reconnecting with your younger self to address unmet needs, heal childhood wounds, and break free from long-standing emotional triggers.
-
Ancestral unburdening: Release of old subconscious beliefs passed on by other generations.
-
Relational healing: Adressing oryginal wounding with primary attachment figures that may be impacting your current relationships, addressing dysfunctional behaviours and attachment styles.
Working Together
I am currently opening booking space for new clients with a small waiting list (1-2 weeks of wait time). If you’d like to register your interest or learn more about how these modalities can support your journey, please reach out. I’d be happy to connect.
Warmly,
Dagmara
